Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.05 Build 250306 Rel. 151943

I just got the Tapo P316m.  when i try to turn on charge guard to power off my device when low wattage is detected.  it automatically disables it even after i tried to enable it.  see attached video.

  • Make sure your Tapo app is updated.
  • Disable VPN if any.
  • Test it with another phone or tablet.
