2 X H200 hubs started to 'disconnect' each evening - amber light, connected but local network only
Around 5 days ago I was away from home for a few days and I went to checked my Cameras only to find all my tapo devices unreachable.
In the morning the network was back up and all fine again.
Once I returned home, whilst in the front room in the evening (where my hubs are) I noticed that my 2 hubs LED had turned amber and my App said there was a problem and devices available on local network and so alexa would not work etc. I rebooted both devices and occasionally lights would go green and it all was ok until a few mins later, it failed again with a solid Amber light. In the morning all is fine again!
Once hub is connected by wifi and the other via ethernet cable - both experience the same issue
The next night around the same time (but not exact same time) the same thing happened. All other devices connected to the same router are working fine.
I am connected to Mesh Deco X20 and I have trouble shooted the following - keeping in mind I have has this set up for over 8 months and never had an issue and nothing has recently changed either:
- Ensure all firmware up to date (do you need to push a live update to me manually?)
- Ensured Deco X20 firmware up to date
- Ensured All devices connected to the same router are working
- Changed the X20 to the main Deco router - problem persisted
- Ensured no rules in place for time of day actions on both tapo devices and on the deco router
- Gone through the settings over an over to make sure I had not changed anything.
Please help as all was working so well and I'm 100% nothing has changed on my side and hoping that you can spot the issue if the Tapo need to check Diagnostic logs so I can get this resolved.
