Camera carried out a firmware upgrade and is now showing a solid red light and showing offline in the app. I have tried power off and on - no change.

Camera doesn't do usual movement through full range on power on - just straight to red light.

Camera does not respond to long press (10+ seconds) of the reset button.

Have removed from the app to see if this would force a reset and no change. 

Any ideas?
