Power Source
Hi All,. I bought the H500 home base from Amazon in Germany. I should have known it but it came with a European power source.I live in Canada. Any ideas on how to obtain a compatible power source? Currently I'm using a European adapter but I'd like a more suitable, permanent solution. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Our recommendation will be the original power adapter. Along with a transformer, the product should work fine. If you need to change the power supply, ensure to select one that meets Tapo H500's power requirement -- refer to the data info on the original adapter.

Is there a way to purchase the original adapter (North American version) from TP-Link? I didn't see an option. @Wayne-TP

From what I understand, the power adapter isn't an available accessory for sale. Perhaps you can contact the local TP-Link support team, see if they can offer a suggestion.
