Archer AX6000 V1

I have seen some posts and people updating the Archer AX6000 V1 but I cannot do it neither from the router or with the firmware on the website, do you have any idea what is happening?

Hello@SurferMx ,
Welcome to our community.
We have a beta firmware: Archer AX6000_V1_Beta Firmware.
Manually updating firmware can refer to How to upgrade the firmware on the TP-Link Wi-Fi Routers.
However, if your router is functioning normally, there is no need to update to beta firmware.
Note: Please be sure you have read the Terms and Conditions for TP-Link Beta Firmware before proceeding.

Hi,
If possible, can you please provide a screenshot that shows the firmware update failing?

Ok, thanks, but this is just showing that there is currently no update available. (the firmware version 1.4.2 was indeed available via Online Update some time ago, but later withdrawn by TP-Link due to an issue that was reported by users)
You also mentioned you cannot update your AX6000 V1 "with the firmware on the website". Please verify that you've indeed got the proper firmware file for the AX6000 V1. In case you haven't, then you can now only get the beta firmware from this post https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/831664?replyId=1581446 , because the firmware version 1.4.2 was apparently also withdrawn from the AX6000 V1 product website.
Edit: After seeing the names of the firmware files I realize that the AX6000 V1 and V2 apparently share the same firmware. Therefore, the files of either hardware version should work. If you are shown an error message when trying to update your AX6000 manually via file, then please share that error message with us.
