Firmware Version: APIPA

i failed to instal openwrt and now my router when plugged on power the lights flashes in the begginng after that they are all off and mi ipv4 shows 169.254.212.93 and the subnet mask is 255.255.0.0 i want someone to help me to retrieve eather openwrt or factory firmware
