Problem with C530WS
Hello, I have the following problem with a C530WS camera. Mounted on an external wall, I have set 4 viewpoints, and at the moment I have only left it working on one, I have turned off the function to move at a certain time. The problem is that it records every 5 minutes without any real reason, but when I look at it I notice that the camera is constantly rotating in all directions and then stops at a certain one. I assume it is due to some setting, but I can't find it.

happen to my tapo as well , but it also occasionally or randomly record itself auto pan and rotate , suspect is network instability.

@RayW11 the problem was solved. It happens that from bad crimped cable to the switch caused the problem.

@miso25 Glad your problems be solved ,
but mine still persisting but most likely is WiFi issue as the connection is abit lagging even I accessing the app . But still acceptable as I mainly use it as Deterrents decoy as I have another wired cctv nearby.
