C260 and H500 HomeBase
Hi guys.
I update today the Camera C260 for firmware V1.0.21 and i cant save or conect the camera to H500 to have all central, no SD card and all AI on the hub and not in the camera.
When you will make a proper firmware update to C260 be compatible with H500?

Tapo C260 does not support connecting to the hub. To learn about the latest updates on a product, follow its firmware release. Tapo C260 V1 - Firmware Release Notes

I have same problem but H200 hub, and C260 camera . Just bought cameras and hubs for multiple locations, but firmware version 25072025 is not working with the hub. Is there a new version of firmware that allows C260 to be recorded on the hub? I thought all Tapo cameras would be able to record to one central hub, which is why I bought the Tapo system . Thanks .
ps H200 firmware is older, 1.5.1 Build is 20250328 so February 2025. Perhaps the C260 wasn't added into the H200 firmware?
the camera and the hub do not show any available firmware versions for me to update

@Martybb h500 hub has been updated, I have one of the newest beta h200 hub firmware and it still is not implemented for c260 camera yet

@SugarBaby hi! Thanks for confirming. That's exactly what is happening with both the H200 hubs I bought last week, trying to add the C260 cameras .
