I cannot pair (with another) Tapo P115 plug

I managed to install one P115 plug on iPhone A, set the time on and off and everything works perfectly. Then I tried to install another P115 plug in exactly the same way (on another) iPhone B but now the phone and the plug cannot be paired even after several attempts. I have also tried the reset function and factory reset without any help. Could you please help?
