I have router model Archer Ax23 . I need to get a CA certificate from this router to authenticate enterprise mobile and connect WiFi automatically.

  • In this case cannot understand what need to actually do to achieve this?
  • Is this model support CA certificate?

It is urgent need because I have to configure some enterprise devices.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I am not an expert, but my understanding is that WPA/WPA2-Enterprise authentication happens between the RADIUS Server (i.e. the authentication server) and the client devices.

I don't see where a certificate from the Archer AX23 would come into play here?

Hello@faruk-inovex ,

As a home router, the TP-Link Archer AX23 does not have a built-in RADIUS server or certificate issuance capabilities. Its "Enterprise" mode (such as WPA2-Enterprise/WPA3-Enterprise) only supports the role of a RADIUS client (that is, forwarding authentication requests to an external RADIUS server). For enterprise-level certificate authentication, an external server is required.
