Check if the camera appears in the app when your phone connects to the same WiFi as the camera. *To avoid network switching and interference, turn off cellular data and VPN during the testing.
What's the LED status of the camera when it disappears?
If the camera shows up when your phone is on the local WiFi, and its LED is solid amber, that means the camera has disconnected from the cloud.
