Why has my camera disappeared from my app? The camera has just started to beep and has deleted completely from the app and even from my care plan? Why and how has this happened?

 

Why do we pay support if yoh dont have any other then a community forum?

Check if the camera appears in the app when your phone connects to the same WiFi as the camera. *To avoid network switching and interference, turn off cellular data and VPN during the testing. 

 

What's the LED status of the camera when it disappears?

 

If the camera shows up when your phone is on the local WiFi, and its LED is solid amber, that means the camera has disconnected from the cloud. Things like this might happen occasionally when the camera is in this state. For this issue, check this article for troubleshooting. Cannot use the Tapo app to control my smart devices
