Hi, I have quite a few sensors, buttons, and relays connected to an H200 hub.

I’ve just purchased an H500 hub but I can’t migrate them. Is it possible to do so?

When I use the migration function, I don’t see any devices.

Thanks you

To use the migration feature, the sub-device's firmware should also support it. If there are no devices listed, that means the sub-devices under this hub do not support migration feature yet.

Note that the WiFi cameras that connected to the hub for video storage and WiFi backup features won't be migrated. Their network source is still router WiFi rather than the hub. To change the storage path, modify the settings for each camera accordingly.

Ok, thanks. I didn’t have any issues with the cameras, I was able to migrate them to the new hub.

So, there’s no way to migrate the sensors? What I can do is reset them and add them to the new hub, right? By doing so, do I also need to recreate the automations or can I recover

them?

I’ll answer myself: You just need to put the sensors in pairing mode, connect them to the new hub, and all the automations are preserved.
