I know I can do it manually, but why is the upgrade not showing up?

Welcome to our community.

 

Are you saying that even after you successfully updated the firmware manually, the latest firmware version still isn't displayed correctly?

Please try accessing the web UI using a different browser and then check the firmware version again. Alternatively, you can check it using the Tether App.
