C840 Baby Detection Inaccurate
I have the Tapo C840 as a baby monitor.
The baby is not here yet but I keep getting false alerts about the "baby".
I do not know how to increase the accuracy of the alerts. When I first set it up about 2 weeks back, I had no issues. As the days went by, I would get alerts but they are all inaccurate.
I would appreciate any advice! Thank you!

What's the sensitivity of the camera's sleep detection? High detection sensitivity might lead to false detections, you may try to reduce it, see if that helps.
What's the firmware version of your Tapo C840? Did you receive other types of false alerts?

@Wayne-TP thanks for your reply!
The sensitivity is set to the mid point for:
- sleep detection
- covered face
- baby leave
Firmware version:
1.4.1
Auto update on
Other false alerts:
- baby out of view
- baby movement
- baby face covered
- baby fell asleep
Separately, motion detection is not panning and tilting to track movement within the room.
