The robot cleans in a weird pattern then gets stuck in a random position and never finish the clean

I have tested the troubleshooting without any changes 

 

below is the pattern from today there is no light cleaning was schedule at 5pm curtains close no wet floors and wheels were cleaned same as the sensor
