If i toggle the loop recording switch and exit the menu, it automatically switches it off as if it hadn't "saved" my request.
I have formatted and rebooted the device but the issue persists.
Make sure your Tapo app is updated. You can also delete and reinstall the app.
Switch your phone to different networks. Is there a problem when your phone is connected to the same network as the hub?
Try to use different mobile devices, check whether the same thing still occurs.
