Hello,
Just had an RMA product return.
The new product has arrived.
It connected to the network perfectly.
Video working, chime working etc.
Then it asked for a upgrade which I started.
Now I have the exact same issue I had with the last camera.
Firmware version 1.2.1. Build50926 rel.64362n
Can the firmware be downgraded?
Or do I bite the bullet and buy a different doorbell?
I should state that I've been using 3 different tapo devices for over 9 months with no issue.
