Hi, I have a new Tapo D225 and I can't seem to get it setup.

I'm trying to add it via the Tapo App. The doorbell is flashing red & green. Once prompted, I check my phone's wifi for "Tapo_Doorbell_XXXX" to appear. But it never does.

My router is a NETGEAR Nighthawk RS150v2.

My troubleshooting so far.

• Created and connected to 2.4 GHz Guest network (WPA2 Encryption)
• Updated Tapo App to latest
• Charged Camera
• Restarted phone
• Restarted router
• Restarted Camera
• Factory Reset Camera
• Confirmed I'm adding "Tapo D225" in the app
• Turned off phone data
• Enabled Bluetooth
• Enabled Location Services
• Placed the camera directly next to the phone
• Inserted a MicroSD card
• Tried on multiple android devices

I have at least a dozen Tapo products connected including other cameras.
