D210 stopped working
Hi
Trying to reset/reconnect our D210 which has decided to no longer work. It's charged, and I've tried the reset button as per the TP-link app (which I uninstalled and reinstalled) but the led doesn't flash red and green. It flashes between red, or red and amber?
Any ideas how to fix it please?
Thanks

Did you enable the anti-theft alarm? If it is enabled, then you will need to disable it before performing a reset. How to pause/stop the Anti-theft Alarm of your Tapo Doorbell
After turning off the anti-theft alarm, try resetting the doorbell once more. If it still doesn't respond, this device may need to be replaced. To proceed warranty, you can contact the retailer or local TP-Link support.

@Wayne-TP hi. Thanks for your reply. I don't think we activated it - or at least if we did, it might not have been intentional. I'll try turning it off just in case though, thank you.

Mine is exactly the same.
I'm throwing mine in the junk bin, and I'll buy something better.
It's NOT going to recycle, I would not want someone else to get this piece of junk.
