Lost cameras after H200 hub update [18th November 2025]
I had a notification about a hub (H200) update this morning which I let install. I've lost my cameras since the install.
My updates often go a bit bumpy with a number of reboots and wifi off/on before things return to normal. That hasn't worked so far today :(
The cameras (4 x C420) aren't accessible ("Tap ro Refresh") and the SD card in the hub wasn't available for a long time and now shows "Unlinked from hub".
Anyone else seeing this or have any tips to resolve?
Since my problem started I see Cloudflare are having issues that is affecting numerous net services but I think that's just a coincidence.

Looking in the H200 hub, 'connected devices' it shows my 4 cameras but with the note: "No longer using hub storage" !?
Looking at an individual camera the 'local recording' option is still set to on - but nothing's working. Can't view the live feed or recordings.

Tempting to start formatting my SD card or resetting devices. But after about 5 or 6 restarts and 7 hours after the hub update my cameras have woken up again!
No restarts etc. since my last post an hour or so ago - so something somewhere was stuck.
On a side note - the far reaching Cloudflare outage has also been resolved - but I'm still assuming this was a coincidence unless I hear different.
None of today's camera footage has been saved since I did the hub update this morning but a camera test shows it's now working...

Double-check the detection and recording settings if your camera still isn't recording videos. The camera won't record videos if no events are detected.
- What should I do if my battery-powered camera can't detect the motion?
- What should I do if I experience issues when watching playback videos from an SD card?
If all settings are correct and the detection feature still functions correctly but the camera still doesn't record video to the hub, please contact the support team for further assistance. Contact Technical Support

@Wayne-TP Thanks, but that wasn't the problem.
As mentioned, nothing had changed it was the latest H200 update that messed things up for me.
After the update I couldn't access the cameras to view the feed etc. Nothing to do with my settings.
I can't see the latest firmware listed in the support pages:

@HmmmUK I have the same issue .. had micros card in 460 camera. Bought the h200 hub. Installed the sd card in the hub and it is not recognized. Worked well in the camera after initialisation. Cannot select hub storage in 460 camera. Could select local storage in 100 camera and is recognized by the hub ... cannot get the 460 camera recognized in the hub. Reset, several times, rebooted camera etc etc ... sd card still not recognized in the hub storage..

Hi @Ogopogo54 I'm not sure you have the same problem. I'm not familiar with the C460, but looking at the spec it doesn't mention hub storage as an option.
Edit: I see it does mention the hub in the 'overview', couldn't see it in the specifications.
