Should your switch continue exhibiting this issue, please verify whether you’re using any third-party open-source platforms (e.g. Home Assistant) to manage Kasa devices. These platforms are not officially supported by Kasa, and their use may compromise product performance and stability. If currently in use, we recommend disconnecting your Kasa devices from these platforms and monitoring their behavior over time to determine if the issue persists.
If your ES20M or KS220M still shows this problem after disconnecting from unofficial third-party platforms, please contact our forum support team for advanced troubleshooting.
