  @ARGamingPK1 Thats true. But I've been running a 3 XE75 Pros for over a year with no problems.

  @ARGamingPK1 While your comment is very accurate, this time the bugs in this firmware are critical ones which is effecting the correct use of the product.

I have BE65Pro(1.0) 1.1.3 Build 20250403 Rel. 28046. This version seemed to fix some major issues I was having with wired backhaul, but now I'm basically having this same problem with Wi-Fi clients dropping constantly. Furthermore, the connection to my laptop drops packets and occasionally disconnects and there seems to be some major issue with the 5 GHz signal when it's under load.

It's not related to my Internet connection as even my computers wired to the satellites have no issues and the wired connection is rock solid.

I've spent hours testing and diagnosing this and I'm tired of it. I need a fix.

  @tsukiakari I'd suggest logging a service request via the TP Link support website and hopefully with enough reports they'll fix their terrible firmware quickly.

  @tsukiakari

Hi, did you also send a support ticket to us? If yes, can I have the support ticket number?

It is also suggested to install the latest 1.2.0 beta firmware here for Deco BE65 Pro_V1 to see whether it helps improve the stability:

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.

Received a new beta from support. Just installed it and hopefully it improves stability.

If things are stable I'm going to try and reintroduce the mixed mesh.

  @David-TP I have sent you my ticket info in a private message.

Did you mean to link this one? https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/837036

I don't have any issues with Google services specifically like in the post you mentioned with the beta, but perhaps this one with the 1.2 "Enhanced Mesh Network Stability and System Security" fixes could help. Is it compatible with my BE65 Pro v1.6?

Thanks!

  @Murtaza911 Some feedback that I provided in aother thread, the beta 1.2.0 firmware resolved some issues, but introduced other problems, like IoT devices dopping off the network, their specific apps arent able to control the device, even though you can see the client connected in the Deco app, and worse, my Bose soundbar is no longer controlable via the Bose app, even though my soundbar is connected as seen in the Deco app, the soundbar has connected across both 2.4 and 5, and the app still doesnt work.

On the beta, I have found devices are moving across Deco nodes randomly and causing micro diconnections.

I'm being critical of TP Link's firmware quality at the moment, and for balance, David did email me a support number, and a Senior Engineer did reach out to me to organise a remote session, which I have not been able to organise at the moment due to health issues. I'm hoping others who are in a position for remote session with the engineer will help all of us, and quickly.
