@Harutolist, I suspect a potential issue with your Internet Service Provider. My current service agreement terminates on January 2nd, at which point I will be upgrading to the 150 Mbps symmetrical plan. This upgrade will allow me to definitively evaluate the router's capability to support that speed, as 300 Mbps substantially exceeds my current usage requirements. As 5G is complimentary in our country with a 4G plan, I achieve download speeds of 700 to 800 Mbps with that.

Incidentally, what is your monthly cost for the 300 Mbps down and 150 Mbps up service?

  @Pankajuuuuu it's not too much, it's around..17.29 ron without the tv subscription included from the same provider, obviously. With it included in the bill, it's around..38.64 ron

  @Joseph-TP sort of upgraded to a different isp plan.. and now i get this with qos on, and i am using the beta firmware; the upload latency is stable regardless from what i had noticed, but download one always tends to be high

  @Harutolist download 10 ms is actually good and  unload latency depends on the server distance

  @Pankajuuuuu I mean... yeah, but it's not always like that, sometimes it hits 20ms when downloading.. and i'd prefer way lower for gaming since i am a gamer and require ultra low latency..

Thanks for @Pankajuuuuu 's suggestions.

 @Harutolist , As a comparative test, what would happen if the PC bypassed the router and connected directly to the front-end modem, and then ran Speedtest?

If you disable QoS, would the router latency be below 10ms?

  @Joseph-TP Without qos tests:
Number 1:

Number 2:

And as for the test which includes router bypass, the connection is even worse. Not only it increases the latency by 50+ but also makes my device lag and freeze, whereas if not bypassed, there's no lag because the router is much better at handling connection
