Bonjour impossible de connecter mon hub KH 100 et du coup je ne peux pas piloter mes vannes de radiateur thermostatique.J'ai bien suivi la proceduer mais impossible de coupler le HUB a mon réseau.

Are you using the Tapo app? Please note that KH100 is a Kasa device, you need to use the Kasa app to configure and manage both the Kasa hub and the thermostat valve.

 

If there are any problems configuring the Kasa devices, this article should help. What should I do if I fail to configure the Kasa device?
