Tapo h500 WiFi networks not showing
Not showing any WiFi networks, even though most of my networks ar 5Ghz ones. Currently connected through the Ethernet cable connection. I tried to use Wi-Fi networks to connect, cus im changing the the device place to another so it is an inconvenience to use Ethernet cable there. Fix needed

Is the hub unable to detect any Wi‑Fi networks at all, including neighboring networks or a 5GHz mobile hotspot?
Ensure your Tapo app is updated. You may try to delete and reinstall the app. Try to do the setup on another mobile phone or tablet, see if the same thing still exists.
Try to factory reset the hub, see if it helps. Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset the smart hub, its status led will blink red quickly while resetting.

@Wayne-TP tried resetting the device and uninstalling/ reinstalling the app.so far no progress ,still no wifi networks
It's possibly a hardware issue with the WiFi module. For your case, i would recommend getting a replacement first. To proceed warranty, contact the retailer or local TP-Link support.
