Hi,

 

i am using the H110 IR hub. Not able to make it work with the autosetting or presets..on off are fine, but when even i want to change other setting(fan, temp) it always toggle my AC On/off.

 

Manual capture works fine but it wont show up properly on Apple Home.

 

any idea gow to fix this or other preset that could work?

Ensure your Tapo hub's firmware is updated. What's the current version? How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App

Can you share more details of your case here?

  • Version of the Apple Home app.
  • Do you have any Apple Matter controllers? Such as  Home Pod, Home Pod mini, or Apple TV. 
  • Model and OS version of your phone or tablet.

Below info:

 

  • Version of the Apple Home app.

      Version is not shown on iPhone. i believe it is part of the OS version as below.

  • Do you have any Apple Matter controllers? Such as Home Pod, Home Pod mini, or Apple TV.

     My Apple TV 4K 3rd gen & Apple Homepod Mini.

  • Model and OS version of your phone or tablet.
    Iphone 17, ios 26.1
