Hi,

I have three cameras : C200 (firmware 1.3.16), C210 (firmware (1.5.1) and C520WS (firmware 1.3.4).

They all work perfectly on my 2.4 GHz wifi network.

I bought a C315 sensor (not yet received) so I bought a H200 since it is required for it.

I have received the H200 early. So I decided to install it trough ethernet cable.

The installation went well. But then I tried to connect the cameras to the hub and it does not work. I go in "connect existing device" trough the H200 settings in the app, I find my three cameras but the C200 is shown as "firmware incompatible" and the C211 and C520WS are shown as "not on the same network"...

I tried everything :

1. delete then re-install the cameras as new trough the H200 settings directly. It reinstalls them but in the app, not in the hub section.

2. reinstall the hub on the same 2.4GHz network. Same issue : two not on the same network and one firmware incompatible

3. as another sub suggested : reboot the cameras several times. Did not work.

I've checked and my cameras should be compatible with the hub. What's wrong ?

What's the hardware version of your Tapo C200? Tapo C200 V1 and V2 do not support this feature. More details on: Tapo Smart Hub Compatible Camera List

It shows "matériel version 1.0" so I guess this explains that.

BUT it does not explain the issue for my other two cameras...

Please try to reboot the hub. And most importantly, verify whether the hub is actually under the same network as the camera. Check here to find more details: What should I do if Tapo Camera cannot be added to Tapo Hub?

@Wayne-TP hi, thanks for your help.

I am not trying to be rude but like I explained, I've tried all this... I even said I tried delete the cameras and install them again trough the hub directly...
