I own two Tapo robot vacuum cleaners: the RV30 Max and the RV20 Max. Both devices are updated to the latest firmware and appear as up to date in the Tapo app.

However, on the RV20 Max, the “Matter Configuration” menu is not available in the app. According to the Tapo website, the RV20 Max supports Matter, and this information is also confirmed on the retailer’s website where I purchased the device.

Could you please clarify whether Matter support is already available for the RV20 Max, and if so, why the configuration option is not appearing in the app?
