Model: Tapo H200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.6

I have a h200 with 23 sensors connected. The sensors are showing as connected and online, but none of them are updating. The LEDs on the sensors themselves are still working as expected (eg when opening a door, contact sensor flashes). But the states are not updating in the app. Resetting a sensor and readding it will get the current state, but it then stops updating. Adding a new sensor is the same - it will get current state, and managed to get 1 or 2 state changes after that (though significantly delayed) and then stops updating.

Rebooting the hub doesn't help. Unplugging the hub and waiting 5 minutes before plugging back in doesn't help. Changing between wired and wifi connection doesn't help.

Is factory resetting the hub my only option? Anything else I should try first?

What Tapo sensors do you have? Are you saying the sensor's status is not updating on the app homepage?

From what I've learned, the sensor card on the app’s main screen updates periodically, not live. To see the current status, tap into the sensor’s own device page. However, this will not affect device's notifications or automation. Device's notifications will be sent promptly and automations will execute immediately whenever its status changes.

Are you experiencing situations where notifications are not sent or linked automations fail to run after the device is triggered?
