Hi all,

 

I own a h500 and wireless cameras c660 are storing to a 500GB SSD. It's worked flawlessly for about a month but I've started experiencing playback issues. I'll get a notification of motion/recording, but now each time I load the app and recording it just just shows no recordings. And this has been happening for every new recording. This is the second time now, on the first I've factuary restored and it resolved. I don't want to do another FR. Can anyone give me an insight to what's happening here, and any suggestions to fix this? Rebooting both h500 and cameras simultaneously had no effect.

I’ve switched storage to MicroSD card instead of our Hub - recordings still remain unavailable for any new encounters.

Hi all, Looks like it was caused by the detection window set to no record. I’ve changed to all day and now recordings are being saved!
