Hi

I tried to reset my camera, pressing the reset button for 10 seconds, then quick red light show ls and then orange. Do this sounds strange? Whe I tried to setup the camera through the app, I can't find the camera wifi because I already setup and I can't see anything

It's really confusing me and not sure where to start, anyone can help please?

Currently it shows green for 10 seconds and then it goes red blink, then orange, then Green

The amber LED indicates the camera is connected to the router wifi successfully, but not to the cloud, which prevents remote access.

You can try to connect your phone to the same WiFi as the camera, disable cellular data and any VPN, then restart the app, check whether this camera appears (online) in the app. If you can see the camera locally, the next step is to resolve the remote control failure. Cannot use the Tapo app to control my smart devices

Please ensure your Tapo app is updated as well.

If the camera does not appear in the app as expected, a reset will be necessary. Before resetting, please remove the microSD card if one is inserted. Then, press and hold the reset button for at least 10 seconds (or slightly longer, e.g., 11–12 seconds). Do not release the button too early, even if you see the red light blinking. If it still doesn't work, contact technical support for further assistance.
