Hi,

 

I have a H200 hub with 3 cameras attached my CF240? Are going on and offline. They still seem tk be recording to the cloud.

 

What is the issue? They have been working fine up to now.

Reboot all the smart devices and your router might help.

 

Do not turn on VPN on your phone while using the Tapo app. Connect the phone to the same WiFi network as the smart devices, disable cellular data, then reopen the Tapo and check whether the smart devices appear online under local control.

 

If they only go offline in remote control (e.g. when using cellular data), you may refer to case 2 suggestions in this article for troubleshooting. Cannot use the Tapo app to control my smart devices
