good evening,

exactly same behaviour, after fw upgrade last week my c410 camera, installed since 2024 is now unusable, flashing green/red but not presenting wifi lan. Is there any warranty coverage for firmware issues ? Can be somehow refurbished ?

LED blinking red and green means the camera is ready for setup. Are you saying your phone cannot detect the camera's default WiFi 'Tapo Cam XXXX'?

Here are some steps you can try:

  • Factory reset the camera: press and hold the RESET button for 10 seconds.
  • Reboot the camera: press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds to turn on or off the camera.
  • Re-enable WiFi on your phone.
  • Check the WiFi list with another phone.

If the camera WiFi still doesn't appear, a replacement might be needed. To claim warranty, please contact the retailer where you bought this device, or contact your local TP-Link support. Contact Technical Support
