The D210 Quick Response feature isn't responding automatically, even though I have it set to 'Auto'.

I pressed the bell, nothing played.

Quick response and Auto response are two features. Auto response should be the one that you're having issues with.
Go to your doorbell's liveview page, test whether the Quick Response functions correctly.
Disable and re-enable Auto Response, adjust the response time, and choose another prerecorded message. See if these operations help.

Thanks for the info.
Yes, I’m talking about the auto‑response. I tried different responses with different delays, but none of them played.
By the way, I have two of these D210 units, same hardware version, both on the latest firmware, and they’re both having the same issue.

@Didio Did you test the built-in messages? How about a custom one?

I tested all the built‑in messages and some custom‑made ones, nothing works. I tried 1s/5s/15s delays, no luck.

Just to clarify, the doorbell rings when you press it. And it only stays silent when you use the quick/auto response feature, correct?
Can you try to reset the doorbell, see if that help? What kind of language do you use on your phone?
If reset doesn't help, then i think further investigation is required.
