Hello

I got 7 devices (5 different models), only on 2 off them it's possible to change the date format.

Why is it not as standard an enabled option, when you are programming the firmware for all the devices? 

 

Bought in Europe (DK)

no Not possible:

2x C425 HW 2.0 - FW 1.2.2

2x C310 HW 1.0 - FW 1.3.16

C100 HW 4.0 - FW 1.4.2

 

yes Possible:

C410 HW 1.20 - FW 1.2.1 

C110 HW 1.0 - FW 1.5.1

Hi, 
For the feature request to change date format on Tapo cameras, if your camera does not support this feature, it's recommended to pay attention to the firmware release notes on our official website for your camera's model & hardware version. This feature will usually be added via firmware updates, but we do not have the information on when the firmware will be available.
