My Tapo door camera linked to the hub, would record to my Cloud service of Tapo. I have a one year subscription that is auto-renewed. The subscription is valid. Recently, it stopped recording and the camera/hub combination wont let me (as admin) to change any parameters. reset both and reconnected. My app still says it has subscription but no recording going to the cloud services. I thought if I tried 'subcribe' again, it might recognise it like other apps. but says, only one subscription allowed.
Any help?
