RV50 Omni Pro Vac & Mop issue
I seem to be having an issue with the Vac and Mop feature.
i click on the room and select vac and mop. 1 pass.
The RV50 does 1 pass and then for some reason does a second pass the other way round doing a grid rather than up and down following the grain as per setting.
this would suggest it thinks i have set it to do 2 passes so i am assuming this is a software issue.
anybody else having this issue.

Did you select "Vac & Mop" or "Vac then Mop" mode?
- When the "Vac & Mop" mode is selected, vacuum and mop will be done simultaneously.
- When the "Vac then Mop" mode is selected, the machine will vacuum first, then mop.

Vac & Mop was selected with 1 pass.
it went round once vacuuming and mopping following the grain and then did another pass the other way round creating a grid on the map.

How big is the target room? Did you try whole-home cleaning? Was the same behavior observed during that cycle?

not tried whole home because we have alot of dogs so i generally select each room to do so that the anti tangle brush clean is done after each room.
i did 2 rooms using the same methid as described previously but stopped it going round the second time for the first room and then set it going on the hallway and allowed it to complete fully. I did hear it say extra cleaning conpleted when it conpleted the second run.
see attached image for hallway.
its not a problem because i normally do vac first then mop but on this occassion i decided to mop and vac at the same time.

In small rooms, the robot automatically performs two cleaning passes. But according to your report, your hallway doesn't seem small.
To help pinpoint the issue, we suggest trying this:
First, set the cleaning passes to 2 and run a full clean.
Then, set it back to 1 and run another cleaning cycle.
Please check if the same problem happens again. If the issue persists, it will be an unusual case requiring further investigation.
