Not getting door close notifications
I am using TP110 door sensor connected with TP 100 HUB,I am getting door open notification but not getting door closed notifications ,app is still showing OPEN only even it is closed

Hi @Venugopal-81, if the device was working ok and now is not, then it might be worth changing the battery and see if it resolves. Also check the signal strength to ensure it is communicating back to the hub.

Please check whether the Closed operations are recorded in the sensor's event log correctly.
Did you enable the sensor’s built‑in notification, or did you create a custom notification using an automation rule?
