Hi everyone,

I’ve been experiencing an issue for about a month now: I can only control and turn my Tapo p100 plug on or off when my phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the plug.

Isn’t the whole point of a smart plug to control it remotely, even when you’re not at home? Does anyone know what might be causing this or how to fix it?
