Doorbell D235 doesn't record on detection
Recently I bought a D235 doorbell. When it detects a person the app gives me notification. But there is no recording saved to the hub H200.
I enabled "local recording" and set the sensitivity to 8.
The app notifies me when it sees movement, but why isn't it recording?

In my search for a solution I came across this page: https://www.tp-link.com/nl/support/faq/3048/
I bought one of the mentioned memory cards. At first it didn't work, but a day later it suddenly started to record as I configured. I don't know the reason for the delay, but I'm glad it works.
Thanks for you help and tips @Wayne-TP

@Wayne-TP the schedule is fully orange.
at the top of the screen there is a message saying:
"the doorbell is currently in charge mode.
24/7 records aren't supported.
The door bell is activated and records when the PIR is activated."

Try to format the sd card, or change a new card. How to install and format SD card for Tapo camera
And reconfigure the doorbell's local storage plan: disable it first, then re-enable it and re-select the hub. How to connect Tapo Wi-Fi Cameras/doorbells with Tapo Hub
By the way, do you have a sd card installed on the doorbell itself as well?

@Wayne-TP the sd card is in the hub. That's more safe than in the door bell, in case it's get stolen. And I also have a camera (C225) connected, which saves the recording to the hub too.
I formatted the sd card several times, but it doesn't solve the door bell problem.
I also followed your tip about the storage plan. That doesn't help.
Maybe the recording doesn't work because the storage plan thinks the door bell is in charge modus?
But how to disable that? Can I remove the battery?

@trebor123 Can you try to install the sd card to the doorbell? Check if the doorbell can record in this way.
