C120 audio cuts out
Hi,
i have recently purchased the Tapo C120, based on good reviews of high quality video and audio capabilities, however the audio is awful.
Either in live or playback the audio chirps, squeaks or just cuts out altogether. I have been through all the trouble shooting steps, but considering this has been doing this straight out of the box, it would indicate that there is an issue with the firmware or build of the camera.
Please can you help resolve this, because good audio was the main reason for purchasing the camera. I need to use this to log noise disturbances around my house, which includes traffic, but traffic appears completely silent on playback and live.
