The doorbell stopped being connected to my home wifi and started blinking red, so naturally I reset the device and tried re-add the device again.

 

Currently the doorbell is just blinking red and green, and my app tells me to connect to the device's network(tapo_doorbell_xxxx), however I can't see it on my list off networks on my phones, or on my computer.

 

I've tried following Scenario 1 troubleshooting a few times and it isn't able to work.

Remove the sd card if any, try to reset the doorbell again. Or let it power off for some time. If the device's wifi still doesn't appear, you may need to file a warranty claim -- contact the retailer or local TP-Link support.
