App glitchy after camera firmware update
Last night updated the firmware on two Tapo C320WS cameras and since then I have found the app to be very glitchy.
App is on android and the issues include app becoming unresponsive, specifically will open camera view but will not then allow any other actions including going back to the home view
App was working perfectly until the camera firmware update

@Wayne-TP thanks for getting back to me. As I said it only happened after the update of the firmware on two of the c320ws cameras.
To rectify I had to uninstall the tapo app and reinstall from the app store. All seems ok now

Some common but useful tips to help improve your product experience:
- Make sure your device firmware is up to date.
- Ensure you’re using the latest version of the app.
- Keep your phone running smoothly. Try restarting it or closing apps that use a lot of memory, such as games.
Have you tried viewing the camera from another phone? If so, are you seeing the same issue?
If the problem occurs across different devices (especially helpful if you can compare between Android and iOS), please reach out to our support team with the details so they can help investigate further. Contact Technical Support
Including the following information in your email will be helpful for the investigation:
1. A screen recording clearly showing the problem.
2. The model and system version of the phone you used to test.
3. An app log captured after reproducing the issue. How to get the log of Tapo app

@Aussie_Pete I had the same problem. After the last firmware updated mine 2 TAPO C200 V5 camera started losing connection with Wi-Fi and in my VIGi NVR the images were freezing and loosing. I had the last version of firmware in all TP-Link devices. Before the updated I didn´t face any problem with the cameras. Please somebody else help me...

What's the firmware version of your Tapo C200? Did you notice the camera's led status when it disconnects?

@Wayne-TP the hardware and firmware version are 5 and 1.3.5, respectively. The camera led is working and show the light amber solid. It is important ot mention that the camera is alternating between green light (working) and amber light (not working). This problem has been started since after the last firmware updated, before that I did not have any problem with the camera. So, please could you help me.

A solid amber light means the camera is disconnected from the cloud. In this situation, you can still control and view the camera locally within your network, but remote access won’t be available.
For your case, you may refer to the suggestions here, check case 2. Cannot use the Tapo/Kasa app to control my smart devices
