Welcome to the community, and thank you for your question regarding the date and time settings on the Tapo C210.
We’d like to clarify that the date and time on Tapo cameras cannot be set manually. Instead, the camera automatically synchronizes its date and time through the network based on the time zone configured in the Tapo app and the system time of your mobile device.
If your Tapo camera shows the wrong date and time on the Live View page, please review the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure both the camera and Tapo app firmware are up-to-date: How to update the firmware of the Tapo&Kasa devices on the Tapo App
2. Set the correct Time Zone for your camera in Tapo app > Camera's Device Settings > Device Info > Time Zone page.
3. Turn off NVR or third-party software if the camera is connected, and then reboot the camera.
4. Change the router's DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4.
5. Turn off your modem or router's firewall if there is one.
