With the Tapo Care service, detected events are recorded and a brief clip is saved to the cloud for 7/30 days for you to access at your leisure via Tapo APP.

To better understand your situation, could you please help clarify the following details:

1. Was the 1:36‑minute video from April 8th ever visible in the Tapo app, or did it never appear at all?
2. If the video was previously visible but is no longer available, please note that it may have either:
   • Exceeded the cloud retention period, or
   • Been manually deleted, in which case it cannot be restored.
