With the Tapo Care service, detected events are recorded and a brief clip is saved to the cloud for 7/30 days for you to access at your leisure via Tapo APP.
To better understand your situation, could you please help clarify the following details:
- Was the 1:36‑minute video from April 8th ever visible in the Tapo app, or did it never appear at all?
- If the video was previously visible but is no longer available, please note that it may have either:
- Exceeded the cloud retention period, or
- Been manually deleted, in which case it cannot be restored.
