• If possible, please share a video clip showing the camera detecting motion at night but not tracking the person.
• We also kindly ask you to provide the MAC address of the camera.

For privacy and security reasons, please send the video clip and the MAC address via private message (backend direct message) to me, rather than posting them publicly in this thread.

Once we have this information, we’ll be able to analyze the behavior more closely and advise on the next steps.
