Model: Tapo RV50 Pro Omni
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have a threshold under 20mm which the vacuum struggles with climbing up. It's always fine coming down but only works 40-50% of the time coming up (it usually rotates its way up).

When it doesn't come up to the threshold bar it comes right up to it then turns around.

What can I do to make it more consistently go over the threshold?

Thanks

This does not appear to be normal product behavior. Could you provide more detailed information so we can offer more targeted suggestions? For example, you could share a photo of the threshold or a video showing the robot vacuum experiencing issues while crossing it.

"When it doesn't come up to the threshold bar it comes right up to it then turns around." >> Just to confirm, did you mean to type “doesn’t” here, or were you intending to say “does”?
