Hi there, I have seen many problems resolved on the forum regarding this with beta firmware updates but here goes.

I am an owner of 4 Tapo C220 cameras installed internally within my house & the sound from the mics of these C220 cameras is very noisy, garbled & alarmingly high in volume even for sounds that are not supposed to be loud (i.e. walking around, opening cabinets etc.).

I also have the C530WS & C210 models installed in other parts of my house and the sound from those are very good.

I have tried various troubleshooting (https://community.tp-link.com/en/smart-home/forum/topic/837048) methods (cleaning the mics, changing mic levels, downloading the videos to view on PC, etc.) from the forum & the results are still the same regardless.

There are no issues with the placement as proven by the other models (C530WS & C210) which worked perfectly without issues & are installed in similar conditions.

The hardware version is V2 & current & latest firmware on my C220s are as below:

Version 1.2.2 Build 260311 Rel. 15623n

Thank you very much in advance.

Attached also are 2 videos of 2 separate cameras with the same garbled noise throughout the recording.
